Nathan at Tru-Pro did an excellent job of transforming my rear garden.
Price was fair, turned up everyday as promised.
Ground preparation was done correctly, ACOs installed as per requirements, tiles laid flat with right slope for rainwater runoff and then finally grouted. Grass was then installed as per plan and all rubbish for the whole project was removed in a timely fashion etc. Lights were installed by myself which added that extra exciting touch making it look cosy, inviting, modern and even magical during the evening.
What I like about Nathan was his communication via email and WhatsApp platforms. He always responded back and answered my questions and queries straight away which was daily during the project which I really appreciated indeed.
Another thing I liked about Nathan was his flexibility to the project eg. when I wanted to make a few changes here and there eg by adding a few extra pathways to the plan, this was never a problem to him whatsoever.
Nathan is very easy to talk to, not a grump like some workers which again I really appreciated.
I end this review by saying that I fully recommend Nathan at Tru-Pro for your next landscaping project.
